Agreed ^_^, the Chroma looks really cool too. Hopefully they come out with more colors aside from the Blue/Red/Yellow/White.

No Perks/Exotic perk details have been been released yet, I already checked :( . A lot of people thought it was an April fool's joke since it was initially posted on 04/01. It was confirmed legit by Bungie though as a PS Exclusive exotic.
