Just temp ban them for 24 hours for excessive quitting and raise the time limit if it continues.

I started division, not bad in a team, destiny crucible has just been utter shit the last two times I played

Yep, or at the very least be limited to once a game. I mean on some occurences in thieves den I'd find myself picking up more heavy all 3 times without finishing up my mg ammo.
