I can't make a decision between these, but here is the list:

Tomba
Tomba 2
Final Fantasy Tactics
Final Fantasy 4
Final Fantasy 7
Final Fantasy 9
Legend of the Dragoon
Chrono Trigger
Chrono Cross
Alundra 2 (I'd assume Alundra 1 is good as well, but I haven't played it.)
Jade Cocoon
Grandia (Making an assumption seeing as 2 and 3 on ps2 were both good.)
