best sniper you could easily get is her benevolence from the poe chest, this one is rerollable via the gunsmith

you could also get shadow of veils from a weapon core turn in at variks for a 34 poe if it ever comes up at the vendor, resets week to week

also could get 1000 yd stare from taken war: earth questline

Shadow of veils might be my favorite sniper. Very nice

1k stare is pretty much the best sniper in TTK. Find one with hidden hand and you have God mode sniper. Things a beast in the right hands

In pve maybe. Pvp firefly does practically nothing
