Destiny became far less fun when they made pvp much more slow based. When Thorn/TLW meta was around back in year 1 it was so much more fun since there were a lot more people playing aggressively but its became so passive now that I haven't really played it in like 1-2 months now.

its hard to hit those shots when your sniping while getting primary'd, the flinch is from mida/doctrine/pulse rifles move your reticle all over the place. everyone acts like its so easy to do (just like the 1000 yards of aim assit, just drag scope anywhere near headlevel, boom headshot…, yea not really)

i just try to disengage if i miss my first shot

Exactly my thoughts. Haven't played for any length of time in easily as long as that

But if they rescaled the game back to any year 1 patch and scrapped sbmm tomorrow I would play just as much now as I ever did

With the meta now if a sniper were to stand in one spot without moving and just go for snipes vs someone using a primary they'll get a kill 60% of the time

a lot of the time i think it might be lag, that they actually shoot sooner than it seems but they still eat the dmg from your shots i dunno

Had a team lose one in the midst of flying into trials, then the other two quit. This left us stuck in the flying in animation, counted as a loss on our card for being forced to change character to exit that purgatory.
