Are you familiar with computer - home audio/studio connections too??
basically I have this: http://www.amazon.com/LP-2020A-Lepai-Tripath-Class-T-Amplifier/dp/B0049P6OTI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1373170032&sr=8-1&keywords=lp2020a%2B
these speakers: http://www.amazon.com/Sony-SS-B1000-4-Inch-Bookshelf-Speakers/dp/B000OG88KY/ref=sr_1_10?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1373170052&sr=1-10&keywords=sony+speakers+shelf
this w00fer: http://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-Monitor-10-Inch-Subwoofer/dp/B00030CHQ2/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1373170074&sr=1-3&keywords=polk+audio+woofer

I'm trying to connect them all together. I know it's suppose to connect PC --> amp --> woofer --> speakers, but I'm not very familiar with these mini-amps.

Good question. That i'm not too sure about unless you try to male to male audio cable that you plug in that MP3 jack to like your headphone jack on your PC.

Other then that I don't think that mini amp can do it. I'm not too knowledgeable in all home theatre set ups like that.

I don't think there is enough plug ins.

*Does the amp have enough ohms to even supply to all?

A couple choices:
- Male to male 3.5mm cable like Mastrshok said from PC to AMP.
- RCA cables (the red and white ones) from the PC to the AMP where it says audio input.
- If your sound card doesn't accept RCA cables, RCA male to 3.5mm male cables exist.

All in all it doesn't matter quality wise, each way is the same quality wise. Avoid adapters whichever way you chose.

Connect the speaker wire from the AMP left and right to the back of the woofer in audio input left and right (bottom row).
Connect the speaker wire from the woofer audio output (top row) to the speakers.

/edit

Also, like Mastrshok said (what a smart guy) make sure the sub can handle the watts otherwise you are just going to amplify past the sub and blow it out.

I know this setup can be done, I just wasn't sure for the wiring.. am I suppose to connect my speakers to the back of my subs speaker inputs, or am I suppose to connect my speaker wires to the back of the amp.
And the sub has a woofer of it's own, this is just for the speakers (so I can adjust the volume on them), so making sure ohms match isn't something that I need to do since this wont be powering any of the sub.
