I feel like all the launchers are good in pvp since ttk. Almost all of em got Grenades and horseshoes perk.
But personally i prefer machine guns.

I meant for pve haha I never would use it for pvp

The capture skolas one doesn't give legendary marks, same thing happened last time it was around
