In the last patch they added the life exotic perk toll collectors items

Does the vanguard quartermasters weapons change stats every week or does it always stay the same? That 1000 yard stare has triple tap and mulligan I need to cop that but I have more than half way to go for rank 3.

Dope man I was panicking thinking I was going to miss out. The stats in these items are different from xb1 so I wasn't sure if it changes stats on ps4 each week. So much to do so little time man I need to hit court of oryx for the frag before reset.

I can't for the life of me think of the popular YouTube guy's name that does all the destiny videos. Anyone know of a good place for all the frag locations in video?
