I was using it yesterday with tier 5 Int and Disc
Not sure how much it reduces cool downs though

i guess you would have to time it and see, obviously it wont feel that much different

this grasp of malok is pretty good actually

i've been using it a lot too. seems like i get an extra arc blade per match, typically i get 3, been nearly getting 4 consistently

Anyone do the timed fears embrace or outbound signal quests yet? I'm on that part for the ps4 exclusive sparrow if anyone wants to join
