Headseeker is so pointless on those pulse rifles. Your still going to 3 burst without headseeker. For the high fire rate pulses you want as close to max stability as possible. Spray and play is also to situational since most people will reload after each kill.

Headseeker would only be good if it let you 2 burst but it doesn't.

Counterbalance would be a better perk to make the kick go up and down instead of side to side. The roll could be worse and you did get semi useful perks.

ill give it a go, its likely the only one ill ever get, probably wont use it cus too much trigger pulling
