well, the area i was in didnt give him much room to do so.
everytime he would get low health he'd run off and heal.

its pretty annoying that he was able to take 3-4 one handed hits from me and still be alive.

well then you must be very unlucky, i almost never encounter lag during my invasions

i mean i invaded about 40 people these last 2 days, and i got one with a lot of lag and maybe 3-4 with some lag but still playable

what are you using?
also how much damage were you doing per hit

/e: also when you see people running away on low health, you follow them since they usually enter panic mode

they must have changed it since i played last.

tbh i think it has always been this way

you usually invade people near your level, but sometime you get some high level people for some reason

Just wanted to know if anyone uses some online guides and if they do, which ones? I found a few
wiki guides but i dont find the content that great. Or do most of you just buy the strategy guide?

only thing i used the wiki for is to check stats on weapons and scaling, and even then, the 2 wikis prolly have a lot of errors in them due to patch 1.05

Think I'm pretty much done with this game. The PvP is terrible compared to Demon's Souls; 9 out of 10 people I meet are backstab abusers. Nobody I have met in the last week has even tried to PvP, they just circle and go straight for the backstab. And not like I can do anything about it either, because apparently, in this game, an attack directly from the front counts as a backstab. Seriously, what the fuck.

People call it lag. I don't think it's lag. I think the system is just much more generous (and completely broken) in favor of backstabs than Demon's Souls was.
