i think the games solo is fucked up. i turned on passive mode where i can't shoot anyone and no one can shoot me, but that never seems to work and there is always some fucker who keeps shooting me

Passive mode is only when you are on foot. As soon as you are in a vehicule, you can get killed and kill others. My passive mode work fine
