no they probably wont the best they can do is maybe do a sweep to find them and remove them or possibly ban the user account from bnet itself (might just be console ban might be console/pc)
but they cant go as far as banning from psn as thats a different company/rules
and as for stopping the mods entirely the ps3/ps4 are essentially computers all they need are a few tweaks and you can run a regular OS on them (from what ive heard/seen) and stopping mods on such a console is quite hard i mean look at the Xbox 360s that were modded from the time they came out and it took ears to tackle that

Anyone interested in doing a bounties party game..
Heard you can knock 'em out faster this way

Just do hell rift bounties.

You can completw 7 bounties in 10 minutes knocks them out quick doing hour portions daily. Thats what im doing

Damn that's an awesome bounty to rinse and repeat..9 times outta 10 the bounty is to kill a specific champion/elite on level 2. And he's usually right at the beginning of level 2 and super easy to kill. Thnx

How do you open Hell Rift bounties?

There's a waypoint in act IV called hell rift..the bounty is usually pretty quick
