What would you advise about registering for my classes? Wait for my advisor to get back, or to talk to his colleague? I looked, and all of the classes he had recommend still have a bit of seats open, and it is a fairly small university. I have to confirm the classes he recommended, and get a pin from him.

request a copy of your transcript showing the classes you took and their college equivalents. keep this in a safe place so somewhere down the line when someone tries to fuck you, you have written and documented proof that you were absolved of the requirement to take said classes.
Only class that would of changed anything was an english one I had taken english(or college writing, idk names) 111, they are through a community college and a larger university in this state, and they both have had transcripts sent and accepted by the school i'm going to (They show up on my transcript already for said college)
