Spare change is the same thing I think. They offer really good range with 2 burst kill if you land all headshos.

i dont think it even has to be all head shots, especially with headseeker

but yeah im really hoping for a nice spare change, which is funny because it sort of fell to the wayside during HoW because hopscotch pilgrim was just objectively better

Yeah the only downfall with the high impact slow fire rate pulses is if you miss a shot your dead unless the guy you are fighting has potato thumbs. It leaves little room for error but if you land all your shots it just melts.
