lvl 15 lockpicking is the same as level 100 pickpocketing if u don't use any perks, pickpocket however is not the same.

As you level up pickpocketing the chance to get the item goes up, even without a single perk.

Is that quest the one in Markarth? I fucking hate tht quest, I won't spoil it for you but the ending is terrible and really fucking sucks

got it it was fuckin retardef ended up wit a 10k bounty fuckin gay had to pay it to do the daedric wep quest thr

I use dragonscale, and read the edit i made to my above post ^_^
