I got one bundled with my PS3 and iirc three was given out free with plus. Port them to PS4 then charge full retail.

so a friend has been praising this game called Undertale and I've been watching someone LP it and it seems like an amazing game

well seems I and a number of other users have been having issues on PSN with purchasing stuff :S
was quite annoying cause I really wanted to buy something, but I found somewhere else to get it instead since they didn't seem to want my money as the twitter and forums have been useless so far

Maybe the servers were down or something?
Did you check this? I had the same issue once, was ok few hours later.

the issue has persisted a few days, has persisted for some for months
it's an issue on sony's end
