you got a different cord then i do my end that plugs into the controller is like half the size... its pretty much the same size as the ps3 cord
cord doesnt touch the table when i plug it in and put it on it
and i just tested not just saying that cuz i think so i graabbed my cord compared then plugged it in and looked wasnt touching the table

Tbh my argument may very well be invalid to an extent because cable is third party. But in my defense the one that came with the ps4 would require me to sit 3 ft from my ps4 if I was playing and charging at the same time
