ars do higher bullet damage with enemy armor penatration while smgs do less bullet damage and have crit damage instead of crit chance. now i know enemy armor damage is basically penitration and doesnt work in pvp but devs confirmed it will in 1.4. shotguns have a chance to stagger/stun, lmg suppreasion works in pvp and debuffs like reload speed accuracy etc works in pvp.
sentry striker are nerfed i had 247k dps yesterday this moring 182k so seems like dps is balanced, the sticky bombs sorta nerfed higher gear sets more health etc. shock turrets are still op but essential in this new super tank meta. if you thought it was bad in 1.2 now you can barly dps people down
all in all 1.3 pve fucking awesome undergrounds fun challenging and rewarding. level 35 cleaners are very very scary like you died in 1 second before you have maybe .5 seconds now lol jesus fire damage.
