from the mian screen u can see whos on and press x to join square to invite iirc
or u can go to server browser r1 and it shows your friends servers

im getting sick of having my friends in my squad then joining a game and they end up on the other team every time -.-

use the server browser and join games with like 15-16 ppl in them it seems to work so much better
when u just go to quick game or w/e you join fullish gmaes it just balances the teams or one side gets full so it splits u
