do i have to bring it to different cities with me or can i grab it from the stables

now i have the issue wit the horse if i buy one can i get it at any stable

the horse moves around with you, fast travel somewhere and it will be by your side, fast travel into a city and it'll be at the stable's

yea, you can get one for free though, you get the best horse in the game from a quest, spoiler alert lmk if you wanna know which quest line you get it from
