The chests you can only get once but i believe you do get them again if you do hard. It might only be that if you do normal first you only get drops from the boss kills and not the kills on hard.

You can only get most of the chests once per week regardless of which difficulty.

The chest on the upper left of the gorgon maze can be done multiple times but the second visit will only yield shards/energies

Normal/Hard have seeperte drops for bosses/checkpoints that you can only get once each week
