After the hundreds of hours ive played mk. The only characters that are just cheap are Kung Lao (his ability to teleport, his quick recovery time after his spin, and
His ground hat are just too good.) Scorpion (his hellfire is a move that almost always gets you, his teleport can be spammed an unbelievable amount of times, he is just flat out easy to play.) Raiden ( his superman move is real fast and its recovery time is great, his teleport is just godly.)
That's about the only complaints I have.

Also what does Smoke's "Shake up" or w/e skill do?

All it does is make him shake for me (Maybe I don't understand what to do afterward? idk lol)

I've tried doing it near an opponent, I've tried letting an opponent hit me, and other stuff. :X

Shake counters all projectiles. EX Shake counters almost all moves.
