Yea, I was a light armor spellsword dark elf so I didn't spend money on anything really. I made an elven armor set, glass armor set and than dragonscale armor, always mined the materials myself so I was only earning money really. I used an online guide for potions that gives the recipes for the highest payout potions. I didn't need potions much. What is it you want to buy exactly? I would stash as much as you can at your home and clear out dungeon after dungeon. Just go back to grey beards over and over asking where more words of power are.
