theb let them back on with all the exploited gear and items/credit. fixes nothing

so i have been messing around a bit since finding upgrades is fucking impossible at this point

decided to make a scavenging build that soloy focused on scavenging% and health before dps basically a rely on teammates somewhat build
well im at 351% scavenging 142k dps and 130k hp armors 4.1k.

i have to say i fine nothing but yellow division tech and i decided to run a couple material routs outside the dz man nothing but yellow blue

also ive tested this a bit now and the majority of my yellows have perfect stat rolls on them, ive never seen a gear peace be below 550 its incredible

so what is scavenging like magic find?
i just thought it gave u more ammo when u picked it up

your not wrong it gives you more ammo but it not magic find like from diablo 2 where you fine more unique item drops. scavenging improves all stats on the items that drop which means it doesn't increase the drop rate but rather the stats on the item dropped. so if a chest peace drops and it has 490 stamina with 0 scavenging, if you have 300 then that 490 has a better chance of being higher so 550. it also increases the higher quality material drops so you get alot more high end division tech and or material if you do routs. you get more ammo unfortunately xp gained only effects dz fund drops so it doesn't change that.
