I am a little confused about the loading frames for characters and skins. Sometimes I see level 2 or 3 guys with a skin that shows his/her kills/assists/game wins and it is NOT the golden skin or Legendary, it is just a random one.

Is this reason because they own the golden/legendary skin but are wearing a different skin?

Also, I saw a level 2 kuku with Diamond Skin, how does that work?

If they own the golden skin or legendary it will show as for kuku idk glich maybe
