No it couldn't It gets like 45AVG in the alpha without all those. Also, no a 480 isn't worse than your 570 at all. It overclocks much higher, and it is faster clock for clock, and seeing as a 480 can go upto like 100MHz higher without a voltage bumb, that less than a 100MHz gap can easily be filled.
Edit:
Resolution: 1366x768 = Fail! but i'm getting a new monitor soon...
Graphics: High = Maxed
Anti-Aliasing: There wasn't an option for it..
FPS: 45-60 - Very fucking smooth even for a pre-alpha!
1366x768 and he is only getting 45-60FPS. That's terribad. 1366x768 is a POS low res, and 45FPS is terribad.
weve gone from

Rift runs about 260FPS on my 6970s in CF at max. Also, those aren't the ultra setting requirements. Also, requirements=/=running good. A 460 couldn't run the alpha which had no AA nor DX11, nor the high textures, at 60FPS. Good job there. Also, what CPU, huh?
to okay he can run it.
good we agree. a 460 can run the alpha.
edit: also what proof? that the 460 is bad? is that one of things from what we were discussing and something i already knew as i confirmed in this post
