it does stack. But fast hand only affect your ads speed when sprinting.

I dont think having both equipped is really necessary, the difference is minor, but it is probably a good combination if using shotguns

I didnt play the weevil much bit it seems like a really weak weapon for me

damage wise its weak, but i like the accuracy/ammo capacity. It's great for long killstreaks without using scavenger.

Well I prestiged and I used my permanent unlock on Dead Silence. All weapon attachments are unlocked as well. However, all specialists, perks and weapons themselves etc are all locked. There are over 80 items that require unlock tokens but only 55 levels.

What the fuck man? I want everything unlocked for fuck sakes. I just prestiged against my will in hopes that another 55 unlock tokens would unlock everything and then some. But no. I still will not be able to have everything unlocked.

Am I missing something here? I mean you cant possibly be serious...

more than half the unlocks are useless, just find your main gun and stick to it
Idk if once you hit prestige master if once youre past 55 it gives you a token every time?
