is there a demon souls thread or do most here already played demon souls? i need help

there is a thread, but what do u need help with?
most people in here who did play demons souls dont anymore.

well im in the very first castle part.... ( first level in nexus or w/e idk )

( keep in mind iv never played either game :S )

im approaching a dragon i think around a few corners....

and idk if there is any places to save or do i run back to the start and save? im confused

hehe, u dont have to worry about those dragons.
thats a dead end.

there are a few lootable corpses there, but none that u really need to be concerned with.

instead of taking a left that leads tot he dragons, just continue straight over the bridge with abunch of enemies standing in ur way.
there will be a dragon that will come and breath fire on it, that should kill a good deal of the enemies.

just before the bridge is a pile of lumber on the left, if u stand behind it u wont get hit with the fire.

once the fire stops run as quick as u can to the other side, then u can take care of the rest of the bad guys.

once u finish that the next room will have a switch, pull that and the big gate in the beginning of the level will open.
thats where the first boss is.

he is very weak against fire attacks.
so either use turpentine (it coats ur melee weapon with fire for a limited amount of time)
also use firebombs.

try to kill at least 1/3-1/2 of the little shielded guys protecting the boss before u start really trying to hurt the boss.
otherwise u may take alot of damage quickly and die.

ATM i am in NG+, lvl 148

Can I Summon or get Summoned by ppl in NG or NG++ or higher.

well im a temple knight....

so dont really have fire attacks... just started out so dont have turpentine or other shat

i have 2800 souls built up and idk where to spend them haha.. is thrre any save points or places to spend on this first level?

no clue what im doing ><

my 1 h dmg is 86 i put a schmitar on...

physical defense 110(16)
blunt defense 110
slash def 129
pierced 110
magic 78
fire def 106
bleed 112
pois 87
plague 17

u do get firebombs and turpentine in the first world.
its usually on already dead corpses.

u can also find them on the guys wielding lit torches and the people that have a shield and sword (they also throw firebombs)

also, the game saves automatically.
so u can quit anytime and when u load ur profile again u will be in the exact spot u logged out at.

the only way to increase ur stats is to beat 1-1 (the very first level)
once u do that, go back to the nexus and talk to the blind chick in black holding a staff.

once u do that she will tell u to talk to the monumentals.
to reach them go all the way up the stairs.

once u reach the end of the first set there will be another set going the opposite way up.
keep going up untill u reach the end of those.

then u will reach what looks like a dead end, but there will be another set going up to the left inside a little room.
once u get to the first flat area after those steps go out onto the balcony (it should be on ur right)
once on the balcony turn left, there should be a candle burning.

go over there and it should give u an option to talk.

it will show u a little story thing or w/e then ask u if u want to accept a mission.
say yes.

now u can talk to the blind lady in black again and u will be able to level up ur stats.
