that's just a placeholder date, no official release date has been announced.
it's not coming out this year, and it may be q2-3 of 2021 before we even get a release date.

On wether You get a refund or not, its still worth a shot, i know id want my money back but i didnt buy it but the memes are real!
I think you have until the 21st to claim it
Then i heard something about theyre gona force you to sit through future patches for improvements but im not sure if that applys after the 21st, like you have from now until the 21st to get a refund, if not youre stuck with the game and hope future patches fixes everything

Observation is a fantastic game that looks great with a solid story, controls could be refined though

just got around to refunding it.
When i first tried, they straight up denied me so i said fuck it, then sony released a web page where you just click a button and it refunds you lol.
Clicked it yesterday afternoon, posted refund this morning, quick as shit lol.
