i find hard to believe they backed out of the console wars than just pop back in randomly with a handheld, especially when they didnt sale well (atleast i dont think they did)

Honestly better off just buying a psp for 50 bucks, modding it, and just loading those same roms onto it and much MUCH more

Between two ps vita's? No

Between a ps vita and ps3? Sorta. You use the same PSN account on the psv and ps3. All the trophies and games and shit are linked. Some games let you play on both ps3 and ps vita for price of one. Some you will have to buy twice.
