So what's the max on weapon upgrades? I made a +5 Chaos Claymore and got the trophy but I heard some ppl made +15 lightning weapons?

pretty sure there isn't a +15 lightning but there is +15 normal and i think +10 raw or something, i forget.
but for lightning/fire/chaos/magic/divine/occult it's +5

Seems to be what everyone is using, that or the Black Knight Great Axe.

Edit: Is there a merchant that sells Claymores?

I don't think so. But you can get it from a dead body on the bridge where you cut the tail off for the Drake Sword.
Just run to the side, wait till the fire breath is over, then run and grab it.

Yea, that's the one I made into a +5 Chaos weapon. Was wondering why no merchant sells them considering you can purchase Greatswords from them and other blades :/

ah my bad, i only used lightning and did the weapons to +5 for the trophies.
