you unlock the hero's challenge when you complete all 9 specialist. Then you have to complete the challenges (1 for body/1 for helm). It doesnt unlock all at once. So there is a total of 18 challenges to complete to unlock all heros outfit. Some of em are hard, some are easy. I did mostly the easy ones

Combination of the both I assume. My best was 79 n 4 so far, and yes, I was playing absolutely shit kids in CTF. 10k points isn't hard if you grab the enemy flag and get 200 points a kill lol.
