i know everything has an on and off light now mt tv ps3 sat box modem monitor pc all have lights that glow when off lol
hell even my pc speakers have a light if i leave them on and its a bright little blue light lol actually lights up a good amount of my room in the dark

i thought on the ps4 you never have to wait for the ps4 to dl the game

i thought they eliminated the dling time

the game still has to dl, but it has to dl a certain amount and certain parts before it can let you play a game
cause a game doesn't work without the proper resources available for it to run

A small part of it has to download. Like usually after 10 seconds it's ready to play
