How does one get a beta key for bf4? Do i have to play bf3 on ps3 or do i sigh up somewhere?

just realized about this clip
the rifle has canted sights(45 degree sights) but some reason also has the normal vertical front sight but no back sight
so theres 2 front sights and one back sight but the one back sight can only be used for one front sight
the 2nd front sight is useless

Battlefield loves keeping the front site on guns that have sights on them. First thing my brother noticed when playing.
