Going to suck if it will be digital only release but still stoked about it after reading the rumors.

The concept of digital release only is more confusing now moreso than ever.

ISPs continue to add / shrink caps, preventing us from downloading things, whether its legally or illegally, siting costs which are almost non-existent OR anti-piracy measures.

If things turn strictly digital - IE : netflix, games, tunes, we're going to have almost every capped user breaching it once per month.

Americans consistently complain with their 200/250/300GB caps saying they can do like 600 a month if they want, meanwhile in some places in Canada (where I am in particular) the major cable ISP only offers 60GB/month on their middle-high range product

Yeah and if it does so happen to do so probably not as many people will be apt to buy it. I don't think they will. Pretty sure we don't have a cap but just my speed sucks. I do a meg like every 6 seconds which is roughly 185 KB/s.

Its brutal, to be honest, they either need to fix the cap issues and force ISPs to drop them or continue to use physical copies which is more expensive for everyone

Well I think only 1 "Third Party" news thingy if that's the right word is assuming they will opt to digital only but I doubt they will. It would hurt a lot of people and it isn't an exclusive.
