I feel fortunate that they have it on a console that I own- I dont own a 360 and my PC sucks...so in my pov, I just deal with it

It doesn't matter what the PS3 has. 360 is the easiest platform to develop on, the easiest to port from. Usually it's simple to make all the versions identical but Bethesda hasn't shown that they'll polish the PS3 version as much as the others.

ea/dice even said themselves the ps3 version is superior then the 360 and its pretty obvious pc shits on both of them

No they didn't and they would never say that. They maintain to this day that all 3 versions are identical (Even though the PC version is better). No company would ever say one version is better than the other.

The PC will always have that edge when an enhanced graphics card is used for further draw distance etc.
I agree companies would never say that-- it'll be idiotic; nor would they even acknowledge that in their own minds.
