Anywhere that would require that would have to be done in RLT. There is no way for the mod to check if a code is active.

Plus any code pretty much in all subforums cant be traded period. Thats why LoL / dota cards cant be traded. Used to be the same with Memberships for RS etc

Yes there is lol. Enter the fucking code in and see if it works, it always say "use code to redeem x" and you have to select okay before being able to download. Verify, trade, done. It's really not that hard. Nice seeing someone who joined two months ago with indepth knowledge about the trading system and RLT though, good thing the mods don't actually care about the rules here.

My "multi" name is already all over football sub lol not really hiding im 4killer7 since i got booted off my account since i forgot whatever pw i made 10 years ago. kevin has refused to help me claim it back. Just use JSP to chat with football friends and some other subs at this point.

Either way again it's hell for mods to go through all that and people who don't use mods and get scammed have nothing to show for it and will flood endless scammer reports. So its a valid rule to have. Again its not just PSN codes its all subs. If the rule was allowed mods would be way too busy trading actual popular subs like LoL cards RS cards etc. Major difference between trading codes and trading the actual game that shows in a trade history.

Point was that it's doable. The mods don't do much anyways, so I don't see why it's a problem asking them to do what they signed up to do for a change. I've only used a mediator a handful of times the entire time I've been on Jsp and every single time it's taken over two hours for them to show. They'd be busy during a new game release, RDR2, CoD, etc..., but for the majority of the time, it wouldn't add much to their already light loads.

Gl with the account recovery, I've heard it's a massive pain in the ass.

Well see you answered it yourself, even with a light load they can take 2 hours to respond. Which is very true getting any med is timely. And if code trading opened up it'll only get tougher to get one because like how flooded CSGO is with skin "money" trading i'd believe there'd be toms of people trading codes in other forums which just causes a massive headache for the staff and med availibilty.


But ya it was a headache because i have to also remember what email i used as a kid which sadly i dont which kevin then gave me a hard no to getting my account back so i've just given up. Sucks but i rarely play games that require trading anymore anyways

It's feasible and it'd give larger incentives to users of this forum to earn FG or to purchase it directly from the site if it had more usable applications. They rolled out this widely hated notification implementation because they're desperately trying to increase trading on a dying forum. Things like this that go against how they've normally done things, could give Jsp a much needed boost. Yes, it would be a bit more work for the moderators, but maybe they'd spend more time actually mediating trades, rather than harassing non-gaming related forums.
