Yeah depending on which dungeon it takes a while if you use the dungeon finder. I'm usually qued for 20-30 mins as a dps on PS4. Sometimes it takes a lot longer than that too.There are a lot of dungeon guilds you can join though so you can avoid the dungeon finder. That's the only reason I joined a guild since it's nice to have groups of players ready for dungeons whenever.

Since you can go anywhere now you can do all of the alliance questlines whenever you want now which is nice. I mainly just quest which is why I've loved the game since one tanriel patch. Being able to go wherever I want without being over/under leveled is so much better.
