EBay you have to pay for packaging, shipping and postage
Idk, I just prefer digital, I can shop for video games in my boxer shorts for all I care

I have over 100 sales on *** Packaging can be free and you can charge for shipping or have flat rate usps priority.

If you sell your games to gamestop, and complain about the money you receive, you aren't smart with your money to begin with.

I had a hard copy of the original version of destiny, traded it into game stop and I literally got a dollar and change for it
I didn't complain cuz I bought it in the donor forum with fg that I essentially got for nothing
But still, they are a ripoff

It's not a ripoff, you just don't understand the way their business operates. A used copy of ps4 destiny sells e bay right now for about $5-6. Why should Gamestop offer that or more?.....

it's the reason why a lot of trade-in businesses fail. They want to offer top dollar for trade-ins to bring in the best business, but then they accumulate used items that they can't move quickly, thus making them strained on cash. They don't recoup their money until that item sells and if they have an overload of used copies that they paid "top dollar" for, they wouldn't be gaining anything.

Gamestop should be your LAST resort in selling used games. They have the ability to offer you so little because they are CONVENIENT and well-established.

You should open your own business
Seems like you would do alright
I just think it's easier to download a game then drive to a store and wait in line, so that's my preference

Oh I'm not arguing buying discs vs digital, it's fair game for anyone.

I'm just saying that I don't blame Gamestop for offering low amounts of money on trade-ins.

It may be a dying company, like a lot of retail stores, but it is still well-established and profitable.

Music cds are still being sold and I thought that business would have died out by now.

I haven't stepped foot into GameStop for 3 years now. It was never my primary game shopping place either.
