How much is this game?

user created content will just cause issues
mods are not a godo thing on consoles and only reason xbox is allowing it is cuz they gotta do everything possible to compete with sony
tbh i wouldnt be surprised if they were the ones ddosing psn n shit so ppl go play bf1 on xbox lol it was only during bf1 launch

user created content can make things more interesting tbh
or can be more convient, such as Alternate start, cause the normal skyrim start gets boring and is quite long
plus things like the unofficial patch to fix things bethesda hasn't fixed (of which unofficial patches at times have made an unplayable launch become playable before bethesda could get out an official patch)

Mods are the reason I bought this game on PC. So if customers could capitalize on that then it's a good thing.

mods are good no doubt but on consoles i feel people will just try to exploit the consoles with them
or somebody creats a bad mod that glitches n fucks ur game and u gotta reinstall etc etc

personally if you need mods for the game to be good why even buy it in the first place?

I haven't played it in a long time and I am glad that I can now on my ps4

the mods are all grabbed from Bethesda's site, so they wouldn't be crazy like that on consoles

The game can be good without them
Mods will extend replayability and give a whole different experience
Mods have been around forever
