Idiot Savant is really good in any situation, even if high intel, cause any chance at more xp is better than no chance at more xp

Not really that are mandatory, mostly just focus on the ones that make the gun type you plan on using better.

If you can farm for an explosive shotgun or mini gun they are incredible

Putting 1 in each will help you stack ammo/ caps early:
Cap collector
Scrapper
Fortune Finder
Scrounger

Putting 1 in these will make you harder to kills for sure:
Toughness
Medic
Lead Belly

This perk is needed for when you start focusing on your settlement:
Local Leader


MAIN PERKS
Like I said about perks.. a basic/ easy set up is to gradually increase these mains: Listed most important imo
Gunslinger
Locksmith
Hacker
Science
Commando
Gun Mods
Armorer
Blacksmith
Rifleman


Personally i like: So gradually increasing your Luck is req
Better Criticals
Critical Banker

You can probably get a decent amount of points spread in all of the above before completing 65% of the game. which leaves you to customize the your guy with a few last perks your attracted to during the rest of your play..

Thanks, I put 1 in toughness and 1 in sneak. I have 2 in hacker and 2 in locksmith. Level 12, no points left

Perk requirements change after I select other perks. Weird?

I just bought Fallout4 yesterday, haven't even started playing yet.. got it for $34.99 at a gamestore for used copy

I got a used copy on ebay for $15 man. There are plenty of copies for $20 still

maybe hes in canada shits way overpriced
wth tax and shit iirc its like $96 for a game or something

at this rate imma just save up for a pc and pirate the games that arent sony exclusives

My dude had increased ap,increased aim with pistols, increased aim for consecutive shots, increased headshots, with mysterious stranger. All I had to do was go into vats, aim all shots to the head, and within the first two shots I was getting max accuracy.

Had the perk that filled ap on critical so could clear a room with all headshots.

Game went easy mode cause I could headshot anything from any distance.

haha pretty much i pumped my vats so i could get more shots and more accurate ones
id pretty much spam vats to find them then run cclose pop vats n watch them get rekt
