The save files you should be able to download from online storage. The game installs themselves I would imagine you need to do a fresh install again.

I've never tried though

Does every ps4 online user have an allotted cloud storage? I've never really checked if the ps4 uploads to cloud. I'm curious where you would redownload all your hard drive content from, I'd imagine from the Playstation site.

Yes they do have an alloted space.

You go to the download management and transfer from cloud to console.

That's nice, never knew that. How much do you get?

So if I swap to a larger hard drive, I'm going to have to re-download everything. Question is, what files come from cloud and what doesn't? Save files and DLC? Do digital games also come from cloud (i.e. monthly free games and any games you paid for that are 100% digital)?

I imagine games that I installed by disc, will have to be reinstalled and re-updated individually, just not their DLC, correct?

If you delete games from your hard drive, and want to play them later, and you install the game again, does it automatically download all the DLC you bought for that game? Or do you have to go through the options and download each DLC separately again?
