Is it as bad as uc2 stealth?

It's not as worse as in Uncharted 2, but neither the best.
In my opinion the enemy ai is not very well implemented, because the enemy ai is very unforgiving and has strange habits in terms of sensing your character.
You can stealthplay your way through the whole scenario and enemys won't recognize you, even when you are lingering in front of them.
But sometimes as soon as you get caught by one single person, every single enemy immediately knows where you are and you get flanked and shot.
Of course everyone of us had different ways of approaching the areas, so this is just my experience and it no apodictic statement

Overall Gunplay is once again not so well executed, but the narration, art design, sound, action sequences are all very well made

I still laugh at the idea of a guy with pockets full of trinkets sneaking around

Not hearing a ton of positive feedback on this game. I'm really hoping to find a nice action/adventure single-player game that can hold my interest for 18+ hours. I haven't played one in awhile, and the last few I've fucked with got me around 6-10 hours tops before the game was at or near 100% completion. I'm just not looking to spend $65 on a game that's not even going to be able to entertain me for a single weekend of casual gaming lol.

Anyone beaten this yet? What's the run time like? Is there anything actually challenging in the game, or is it all pretty meh in terms of difficulty?

Yeah that's the sudo stealth in talking about. It's meh at best. I do like the aggressiveeness of the AI though. They don't just stand theree, they try to run up on you in all directions.

Just Cause 3! You can spend plenty of hours in this open world action packed single player shooter. I'm honestly surprised how un hyped it was..

It was hyped plenty enough online.

A watched a lot of game footage on it, and I just didn't get the appeal. Seemed like a very basic/short game with A LOT of extra end-game opportunities (free-roam) but none of it seemed to have a point. Why put in all that stuff if there's nothing something to be working towards? Back to an older game RPG, but FF7 you knew from early on that there were some super bosses. You didn't know if they were at all relevant to the story and yet, everyone felt the need to go fight them. The game put them in spots that were impossible to miss and I think it's fair to say that everyone who tried to fight the weapons for their first time went in about lvl 45-60, completely unprepared and got their shit worked. Those 2 bosses forced me to spend at least 100 hours of leveling, breeding, finding new shit and leveling it up, before I could finally beat them. All of that is stored in the vault now and I can smoke them both from start to finish in 22 hours or less. However, that first run took me at least 200+ hours to figure it out and even on a replay when I have everything mesmerized, it still takes a minimum of 18 hours. That's a fucking game right there. Give us the people something to strive for, some crazy hard quest or quest-line that's got the ultimate reward, a reward that lets you know without doubt you've completely conquered the game.

Maybe I'll rent in this weekend. If it can give me a full 18, it might actually be worth buying. Just no spending another $60+ on a game that's going to be finished in a single weekend of casual as fuck gaming.

Thanks.

Not done yet but not yet.
There was one part that was proving to be difficult but cleared it in time.
