Sure you don't bud. I never did, but it's honestly what 95%+ of DS players. They get to a hard point and then watch videos of someone hitting the mechanics right and then mimic it. It's not really a "hard" game, it's just repetitive as fuck and takes awhile to figure out the exact movement pattern for your opponent. The actual combat is super simplistic and easy to master.

but if i dislike those things im sure thers others not everybody loves that type of game
and tbh i loved demons souls the darksouls series went to shit long ago trying to mimic the actual good game

im not too narrow minded to understand the complexity of borne games ive beat the original and its the only game that was good out of the whole series imo
ive played darksouls and ds2 ...games were trash they got rid of the good things in demons in dark and i assume 3 is no different



the 1 that goes up or down? like they dont even tell u which way to start ones easy ones hard but again they dont tell you...best start to a game ever!
see atleast demons souls had the nexus with the waypoint stones u go to a map and start at the beginning of it not in the middle of 2 maps
and it was what ds2? u had to go into that giant castle and run across this tiny ass ledge that looks like something u wouldnt even have to cross

shit like that ruins the game for me i had to youtube that shit cuz i was stuck had no idea where to go i cleared everything else

Of the three this latest installment req the least wiki. Only things i wiki is how to get to the secret area and moonhawk

I'm still in my first play through. No time to play. But I'm just playing naturally. As far as no knowing where to go, games are all linear imo.

Yes if youre in a zone and there more than one connecting route to another zone, test your might, if you get smashed come back later.

witcher is not as hard as dks even on the hardest difficulty also
witcher does have better cut scene and is more involved with the player etc
and I do believe that witcher has better exploration (since open world )
