If offline play is what you seek I would warm that fallout 4 needs to be connected to the server.

yeah but if console needs to connect then so would pc and then i wouldnt be able to play it

it lets me play offline, but it won't let me save. I started playing the game online and then it wouldn't let me save offline. Seems pretty retarded since there is not a single online feature.

ps4 and xbox 1 are shit for offline games. Seems to be a thing of the past, especially now that games with huge offline fan bases completely abandoned the modes in their new games, like with star wars battlefront and rainbow six siege.
