see if you were smart you shoulda made another psn on his ps4 bought ps+ for it and then had your own
but you didnt now your stuck in this situation

even if you take his psn you would need him to make a new psn to use and repalce that one then buy ps+ sub then netflix sub
is it really worth it? lol just buy the ps4 make a new one and start lvling ur new destiny guys today

Yea haha, well I didn't plan on getting that into destiny either

I think they will allow name changing in the future so I'd be stuck with it for awhile and he even said he wish he could change his ID so I don't think he cares about making a new psn since he doesn't really play games anyways

I think I could live with it for awhile but it's already annoying having everyone call me by my brothers name xD

e: it's not even his Netflix account, he doesn't pay for it and I could pay for the ps+ since he didn't pay a full year I think he did monthly for some reason

Ended up just buying the ps4, he can play his favorite game on or offline (dragon age inquisition) since the saves are on the console not linked to his psn and I'll just use his psn until it becomes changeable
works for now I guess

yeah the online for DA:I is decent but gets boring fast ^^

why dont you just create a new psn for all future games and buy your ps+ or what not on that account
but register his account on your ps4 as a secondary account that you use just for destiny

as long as he has ps+ on his acc you should be able to play destiny on ur ps4 with it without paying for ps+ twice
and if the saves are on the console you could likely upload to the online storage go on ur ps4 then load them or whatever

probably a good idea lol, better than hoping that sony actually allows changing ids

I'll do that, some games coming out this fall look pretty good

and to your edit, I'm pretty sure destiny saves are all psn account bound not console bound since you need an internet connection to even launch the game

yeah i mean they might make it so you can change but if they do awsome but who knows when doesnt seem to be their focus
and if his psn really bothers you that much imo that is prob what i would do in that situation

although if he cancels his ps+ your kinda screwed for destiny

e: yeah true ^^ i forgot about that i havnt played destiny in ages i couldnt really get into it that much
you might also get his ps+ games if he dl any of the free ones if you were to add his psn as a 2ndary account and be able to use primary as long as ur a ps+

Yup so I made a new psn account with a name I wanted and I'll buy ps+ when I get the ps4
As for destiny, I will probably play on both accounts to at least get started on the new one and eventually drop the old one
I will be missing a lot of gear and year 1 exclusives that the other account will have but that's not too big of a deal I think
eventually this new acc will become the primary one for all games including destiny

only things that will be permanently missing are old legendaries and the year 1 VIP rewards

he woulda had to buy ps+ for it to play destiny

Only one person needs plus to go online. Multiple people can use the console and you only need one subscription. Otherwise it would really suck for like a family of three kids. They wouldn't need three plus subscriptions.
