Just a bit frustrated doing that. Best Buy hasn't been too helpful with exchanges for me in the past and wasted a lot of time trying to find a Walmart with them. I'll show you the receipt if you want lol. I've even tried to press L3 then push the joystick up to sprint so it wasn't grinding against the rest of the controller to no avail.
