digital games dont carry over

but if u do get a ps4 id say do it fairly soon this months free games are pretty cool rocket league is a $20 game on steam
but usually like the 1st tues of every months (the 4th) i think it updates so if you wait past then you lose out
also if u want to see some gameplay of games i own lmk i can prob stream it for ya i got my shit set up but dont really use it

you keep ps+ games forever but if u dont have ps+ u just cant run it
i have no idea about dlc bought on ps3
i believe that you can even re dl ps+ games if you were to delete it not 100% sure on that
but i have some games in my "library" thing on ps4 that were ps+ games i deleted and instead of "run" it says "download"

so say like with gta5 d3 and destiny when I go to ps4 will I b able to play them on ps3 to?

not unless you have a ps4 copy or the game was cross-buy
Destiny your character is tied to your PSN account and GTA and D3 i believe you can transfer stuff over to PS4
but you still need a PS4 copy of said games afaik

so if I buy a ps4 gta game and put neon lights on my car I cant go back on ps3 cuz neon lights aren't on ps3?

also my Bluetooth camo headset I got will that work on ps4?

afaik those games had a transfer forward, but not backwards

so that mean I cant play gta on ps3 if I go on ps4 with it?

well it's a transfer, you'd just start all over on PS3 assuming you keep the PS3 version of the game
