Its not as prevelant on PC since the settings to change resolution are usually built into the game and the hardware doesn't change.

What's hurting PC I think is a lot of these indie games. I know some are great, but they can be played on the shield tablet.

I loved the time of buying a game disc. Enter the CD key, install, and you were good.

I'm guessing this is supposed to be a bash thread for next gen consoles..
People seem to forget that in order create these new epic games everyone desires and to continue pumping out big name games.., it takes teams of people, sometimes years to develop and millions of dollars to not only produce..but to market aswell. despite what the nay sayers think, AAA titles are not simply created over night..I don't mind a remastered classic, like God of War III for example because all of that money Santa Monica Studios will generate will go into their next development..and so on and so forth

I don't have a single problem with remastered games or even next gen rereleases. It gives the opportunity to play a game that you may not have had on the previous gen, or you may not have even had the same compatible system.

No one forces consumers to buy games. Buy and play what you want at th price point you want to buy it at.
